Diane Simpson represented the United States as one of two rhythmic gymnasts in Seoul, South Korea , during the 1988 Olympic Games.  She competed in two Pan American Games winning two gold medals including the all around, two silver medals and a bronze. She earned a qualifying spot for the United States in the 1988 and 1992 Olympic Games during two of her four World Championships appearances.  Diane competed internationally from 1985 to 1991 representing USA rhythmic gymnastics in more than 30 international competitions.

Simpson is an accredited national-level judge for USA Gymnastics with more than 13 years experience and is a past announcer for the Junior Olympics.  As a journalist, she served as a NBC expert for gymnastics, rhythmic gymnastics and trampoline during the 2000 Olympic Games in Sydney , Australia ; and as a Turner Sports color commentator at the 1998 Goodwill Games in New York .  She also participated in the Baha Men’s “Best Years of Our Lives” music video as both a dancer and a gymnast.

Simpson resides on Chicago ‘s North Shore with her husband H. Hollister Bundy IV, and daughter Alexis.
